The Puerto Rico Flag Football Federation’s National Team Talent ID Camps offer athletes from all backgrounds the opportunity to earn a place on the PR National Teams and compete on the global stage as part of the next wave of elite talent:

• Test your skills against the top flag football athletes on the island
   
• Train under the guidance of Puerto Rico National Team coaches
   
• See how you stack up among the best in the game
   
• Top performers will receive invitations to the 2026 Puerto Rico National Team Trials, with the opportunity to represent our island internationally

Each year, athletes across the island are evaluated for Puerto Rico’s Men’s, Women’s, and Junior National Teams. The Puerto Rico Flag Football Federation leads the National Team Pathway Program to identify and elevate the next generation of flag football talent—and give them the opportunity to proudly represent PR on the international stage.

This developmental system is designed to build the foundation for future National Teams that will compete globally, including in a hopeful future Olympic competition. Through this program, top athletes are scouted, trained, and selected to compete on Puerto Rico’s National Select Teams.

With access to National Team coaches and training resources, Select Team athletes sharpen their skills and prepare for high-level competition in our official Select Showcases. Outstanding players will earn their shot at the 2026 Puerto Rico National Team Trials.
